1 Introduction

y988 operates a one-account-per-person policy. Registration or maintenance of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

3 Account Management

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your y988 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication details. y988 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to adequately protect your login credentials.

y988 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any account at its sole discretion where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

Upon account closure for cause, y988 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where no misconduct is established, verified balances will be returned to the player via the original deposit method.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:
